Who Are We?

Rogpa was established in 2004 and means "Trusted friends and helpers" in Tibetan. It is these people that form ROGPA. We act to integrate the Tibetan community in exile by increasing Tibetan co-operation and responsibility, this is achieved in many ways; through the Baby Care Centre (BBC), the Women craft centre (WCC) and the Rogba Shop and Cafe. We do not subscribe to a hand out philosophy, we rather aim to empower Tibetan people through combined efforts that contribute to autonomy and self determination.
